Shipping/Delivery Options for Rootstock Products

​

We ship within the continental United States (excluding California). If you order with a California delivery address, we unfortunately will need to cancel your order and process a refund. Shipping is automatically calculated (by weight) at checkout. Orders that are in stock will be shipped within 3-5 business days. Pre-orders will ship when item(s) are back in stock (keep in mind this may be next year's crop). Feel free to contact us for a delivery estimate and we will keep you informed by email of your ship date.

We also offer in-person delivery for customers located in Southwest Florida (Naples, Immokalee, Estero, Bonita Springs, Fort Myers, and Port Charlotte). We charge a flat $45 delivery fee for the service, and any excess shipping charges will be refunded. If you live in Southwest Florida and would like to schedule a local delivery, please email us at graftamango@gmail.com, and we will be happy to assist you.

 

Tools, Nursery Supplies and Tree Care Products

 

Our curated selection of Tools, Nursery Supplies and Tree Care Products have been carefully selected to provide you with high quality products at a good value.

 

Because we don't have the space to inventory every product most orders are fulfilled by 3rd Party Suppliers and Vendors who we trust and enjoy working with. Since we only work with reputable businesses (with great customer care policies) the fastest way to fix any issue you may have with a shipment, or product, is reach out to the supplier directly.

 

The vendor name and Customer Service contact information should be clearly identified on the packing slip provided with the shipment.

 

If you need any help identifying a vendor for a particular shipment please reach out to us and we will be happy to help locate the contact information for you.

Rootstock Products

 

We guarantee that the seed(s)/tree(s) you receive will be lively and healthy.

 

Should you have any problem with damage during shipping please contact us (and send pictures) within 24 hours of receipt of the package.

Since we cannot control the conditions under which rootstock is grown after leaving our care, all sales are final 24 hours after the package is received by the customer.

Shipping, Returns, Refunds and Exchanges of orders fulfilled by 3rd party Vendors/Suppliers are subject to Vendor or Supplier Policies. Graft a Mango is not responsible for any costs or liabilities associated with 3rd party products (including, but not limited to; lost items, shipping or return shipping costs and restock fees). All orders originating from third party Vendors/Suppliers are the sole responsibility of the Vendor/Supplier. Any concerns, or questions, about a product or service from a Vendor/Supplier should be sent directly to the Vendor/Supplier.
